BP20 Pyrometer

Starter pyrometer with professional ambitions

BP20 Pyrometer

The innovative BP20 pyrometer in the MultiMeasure Basic series is a light, compact, easy-to-use infrared thermometer which has been designed for a multitude of semi-professional applications with regard to contact-free temperature measuring in different fields of trade and industry, and the craft and hobby industries.

Although principally designed as a starter model with an especially attractive price/performance ratio to fit any budget, the BP20 is in fact more – much more: it excels in its class boasting excellent performance data which no other rival model in this combination can even hope to match. The expansive temperature range, for example, the optical resolution of 12:1, an emission degree which can be set according to the specific material and an innovative dual laser which is able to automatically visualize the measuring spot size.

The user-friendly handheld meter, which is ready to use within seconds of being switched on, can determine temperature measurements ranging from -35 °C to +800 °C quickly and reliably and present them on a brilliant, backlit display for fatigue-free reading which is also possible in poor lighting conditions.

Maximum permissible values can be determined just as easily: the BP20 is not only able to freeze the current value – it can also depict maximum and minimum values and be programmed with individual threshold values which automatically sound an acoustic alarm when they are exceeded.

  • Benefits in practice:
  • contact-free surface temperature measuring from -35 °C to +800 °C
  • measuring optical resolution 12:1
  • incredible value for money
  • measuring spot diameter display due to dual laser technology
  • emission degree of 0.1 to 1.0, freely adjustable
  • minimum, maximum value and hold function
  • backlit display
  • the alarm function
BP20 Pyrometer

User-friendly design and a multitude of features make the BP20 what it is: a versatile infrared thermometer for use in different fields of trade and industry and the craft and hobby industries, for example during maintenance work e.g. for the inspection of components, electric control cabinets or electrical installations, or to monitor heating, ventilation or air conditioning systems, or to perform temperature checks on engines, turbines or bearings and much, much more.
