High-performance UV Systems

for non-destructive detection of light traces

UV Systems
  • Benefits in practice:
  • Extremely high UV radiation intensity makes even the smallest light traces visible in daylight and at a great distance
  • Sturdy, long-life construction with protection class IP 65 – shock resistant, dust and splashproof
  • Lightweight, mobile system for effective inspection of extensive areas and hard-to-reach or inaccessible places
  • High energy efficiency equalling less power consumption and longer battery life
  • Low heat generation – no noisy cooling fans and pleasant, silent operation
  • Ready to use in seconds without long warm-up phases
  • Can be switched on and off at any time without pre-cooling
  • Insensitive to magnetic fields, therefore also suitable for material inspection using ferromagnetic tracers (MPI-Magnetic Powder Inspection)
  • The smallest light traces are easily detectable, even at long distances, therefore no need for ladders or scaffolding to shorten distances or darkening measures
  • Large application range due to optional exchange reflectors with different viewing angles and radiation intensities

UV-Trac Systems have an extremely high radiation output and are amongst the most powerful UVA lamps on the market.

Their high UVA radiation intensity achieves high fluorescent stimulation of the marking agent used or of naturally fluorescing particles – even the smallest light traces are visible in this way.

With UV-Trac Systems, you can examine large objects and environments, even in daylight and at great distances, more effectively than was ever possible with previous technologies!

Reflectors:
UV-Trac Systems are fitted as standard with a midlight reflector, which, with a radiation angle of 20° (2) and a radiation intensity of over 8,000 µW/cm², has an optimum field of vision/power ratio for diverse application areas.

Reflectors Broad distributing floodlight reflectors or spotlight reflectors, with angles of radiation of 45° (3) and 3.5° (1) respectively, are available for special applications.
