WA 4i MultiQube Water separator
The new WA 4i has an integrated microfilter system with a maintenancefriendly magnetic catch filter compartment designed to hold micro-filter cassettes with triple filter elements.
This makes the WA 4i a flexibly usable integral solution with all pre-HEPA filter stages in
only one unit.
Advantages: improved air flow optimised filter technology, faster installation, less material and room required – no separate micro-filter housing necessary.
You would be hard pressed to find a better water separator than the WA 4i for restorative drying up to 40 m². For although the WA 4i is extremely compact, it is packed to the brim with a variety of valuable practiceoriented functions and features including TTKwic quick-action coupling, an internal cable storage drum, a residual water discharge system and much, much more.
This newly-developed unit weighs a mere six kilogrammes and is perfectly matched for use with the Trotec MultiQube modules like the VE 4 MultiQube, for example, as well as being 100% downwardly compatible with all the predecessor models.

WA 4i Micro-filter Cassette
with Triple Filter Element
Maintenance-friendly integral solution with only one single cassette that can be replaced both quickly and easily.
The filter cassette can only be fitted into the filter compartment in the direction of the air flow, thereby making it even safer to use.
This not only means that the units take up far less room than before when installed, it also means that they are easier to operate, easier to control and that the process data can be read out much more efficiently!
With a filter surface of 0.16 m² and a nominal air flow rate of 50 m³/h per filter element, the WA 4i micro-filter cassette is perfectly matched to suit the maximum air flow rate of the VE 4 MultiQube compressor. The filter cassette offers minimum resistance to air flow and because it is a filter class F8 filter in compliance with DIN EN 779 it also meets the requirements for a prefilter for HEPA filtration.
