The ultra-compact odour-cracker!
The ultra-compact, state-of-the-art AirgoPro 8 comes standard-equipped with a built-in timer, air filter and application-specific preselect modes for 3 ventilation and 5 intensity stages and packs all you would expect of a professional odour neutraliser. Yet it is so light and compact that you would hardly believe it.
And because the AirGo 8 is a plasma field ionizer - and not just your average ozone generator - it produces mainly singulett oxygen and only very small amounts of ozone, which makes it ideal for a whole variety of application possibilities. Like ozone, active oxygen is a powerful oxidation agent – but here comes the good part: it is absolutely non-toxic – as long as it is applied professionally, of course.
This means that the AirgoPro can in fact even be used in occupied rooms or spaces provided that a number of conditions are met!
The odour neutralisers in the AirgoPro series are plasma field ionizers that work according to the same principle as ozone generators, but with a much lower energy input.
The air that is conducted through the unit is subjected to a corona discharge (ionisation). The fission products which only are only formed within the fixed plasma are made up of singulett oxygen and its modifications, atomic oxygen as a free radical, which is here also a first-stage product for the generation of ozone.
The contaminants in the drawn-in air - viruses, bacteria and mould spores, for example - are subjected to oxidative degeneration, which is supported further still by the presence of hydroxyl radicals.
Plasma field ionizers can be installed in ventilated rooms provided that a distance of at least 2m is kept between the source of the ions and those present in the rooms.
