Water cooling circuit – this is how it works:

The refrigerant fluid circuit in the cooling aggregate is hermetically sealed. A oonnection kit is used to install a separate circuit, using water as a cooling agent, between the cooling aggregate and the external heat exchanger in order to cool the liquefier and transfer the heat away.

There is no loss of cooling fluid when connecting or disconnecting the unit, because the connecting hoses are only filled with water.

Tip: Cooling load calculation – knowing how!

The heat load per room may fluctuate strongly. Influential variables here are the existing lighting, the number of persons, windows facing the sun, available sun blinds or other sources of heat. Correct calculation of the performance is therefore extremely important.

Simple guidelines for this are:

  • well insulated rooms, approx. 40 Watt/m³
  • Offices: approx. 55 Watt/m³
  • Tents: approx. 95 Watt/m³
